Newsletters

The GIS in Transportation team publishes quarterly newsletters to share information about significant geospatial transportation news, events, and applications. Each issue highlights a specific transportation agency's application of GIS or geospatial data and technology.

FHWA encourages planners at State Departments of Transportation, Metropolitan Planning Organizations, and other transportation agencies to take advantage of these resources. The GIS applications described in the newsletters can also be found on the GIS Practices page.
