| Description: | Each year, the North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) drives the entire state highway system and has amassed over six million images. These images are integrated with GIS data and made available to all NDDOT staff via an intranet application, the Pathway Image Log. Through the Pathway Image Log, any NDDOT staff that has a broadband connection can virtually “drive” any part of the state highway system, locate a point of interest, and view its associated features with a click of a button. The Pathway Image Log application was built as a foundation for NDDOT’s GIS-enabled enterprise Web portal. | |
