| Description: | The Indiana GIS Atlas is a web-based atlas that allows users to construct custom maps from a variety of data layers, including demographics, infrastructure and environment. The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT)funded the development of the Atlas, which is now maintained and hosted by the Indiana Geological Survey. The Indiana Geological Survey will add new layers or features each month. The information available in two previously built online GIS atlases for specific regions of Indiana will eventually be incorporated into the statewide atlas. | |
