CoNECTAR was developed in cooperation with the Nebraska Local Technical Assistance Program (NE LTAP) and builds on the Nebraska Enterprise Centerline Transportation Attribute Resource (NECTAR), a GPS-based application that allows production of interactive maps. Using CoNECTAR, county agencies can upload traffic sign, culvert, bridge and other roadway data to the CoNECTAR site. County employees can use this data to create dynamic maps using a combination of county and state data. CoNECTAR, moreover, provides local jurisdictions with user-friendly access to local agency transportation-related information. |
